Belt Press

Belt Press

This is a filtration system used in retention of solid material in the waste water and where the re-use of the water is necessary. In an other Word it is physically reducing the volume of sludge, a process of water recovery. Belt press, is used due to its uninterrupted running principle as an economical dewatering system where the mud rate is particularly high.

The clean water obtained by separating the water from the mud by compressing the muddy water that is used in the processing plants and resulting from the washing between two belts under pressure is sent back to the coal processing plants. It offers continuous dewatering due to the principles of continuous operation in areas with high mud flow. Maximum cake dryness is achieved with pressure levels that can be separated according to the mud Fed in Belt Press plants, while the solid material in the water fed again in the plants is kept to a minimum level.
